Support For Parents

Helping you feel calmer, clearer and more confident at home with your child.

Parenting can feel overwhelming

especially when your child is struggling.

Parent coaching gives you space to understand what’s going on and feel more confident in how to move forward. This can help with:

How it Works

Parent sessions are practical, supportive and focused on real-life situations. We work together to understand what’s happening beneath the behaviour and explore simple, realistic ways to respond differently at home.

There is no judgement – just space to reflect, understand and find what works for your family.

Parent coaching can be a powerful and effective standalone support. It is increasingly popular for busy families who want to make a real difference. In many cases, when parents feel more confident, calm and in-control, children naturally begin to feel the shift at home too.

You are the expert on your child – and you already have far more influence than it often feels in the moment. This work is about helping you reconnect with that confidence and capacity so you can instigate the changes you want to see.

Most popular starting option

Most parents choose to begin with a simple, supportive starting package:

  • Session 1: An initial exploratory session to understand your current challenges and goals, and to introduce immediate, practical tools and strategies you can start using straight away at home.
  • Session 2: A reflective review session to explore what has shifted, how helpful the strategies have been, and what support is needed moving forward.

This gives you space to get clarity, try things in real life, and see meaningful change quickly. From here, you can choose to continue with further sessions or simply use the tools and insights independently.

This work is not about ‘fixing’ your child – it’s about supporting you to feel more confident, connected and clear, so home feels calmer and more manageable for everyone.

When parents feel more confident and supported, children feel it too. Small changes can make a big difference.
