Professional Coach Training

Coaching is about more than asking good questions. It's about creating the conditions for children and young people to feel heard, valued and capable of moving forward. When I started my own coaching journey, I couldn't find a training programme that was both credible and affordable, whilst also focusing specifically on coaching children. Over the years, as my experience grew, so did my belief that there should be a better pathway for professionals wanting to develop these skills. That's why I created The Children’s Coaching Course: to provide high-quality, accredited, practical training and to bring together a community of like-minded professionals committed to supporting children and young people to flourish.

This is more than a training course; it is a journey in developing your coaching identity, your tools, and your confidence in working with young people in a meaningful and credible way.

The programme includes six live online training modules:

1:1 Training Pathway

A fully personalised way to train as a Children’s Coach

If you’re looking for something more flexible or would prefer to start sooner, I also offer a 1:1 version of The Children’s Coaching Course, where we can work through the content in a more personalised and supported way.

This can be a great option if you’re keen to begin straight away, are not able to wait for the next group cohort, or would prefer a more tailored, private learning experience. It’s also well suited if you need greater flexibility in scheduling sessions around your existing commitments, while still wanting to fully engage with the training in a meaningful way.

A one to one training programme offers a more bespoke pace and structure, allowing you to explore the learning in a way that feels relevant, practical and perfectly matched to your own context.
