Coaching and Supervision

Supporting your growth, your practice, and your confidence

Alongside my work with children, families and schools, I offer coaching, supervision and training for adults and practitioners - creating supportive, reflective and practical spaces to help you gain clarity, confidence and direction. We offer:

1:1 Coaching for Adults

A supportive space to reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity

Adult coaching may be helpful if you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what your next step is, and want to better understand yourself, your patterns and your emotional responses.

This work creates space to understand yourself more deeply — head, heart and soul — explore what’s keeping you stuck, and build confidence in your decisions and direction.

Together, we focus on helping you move from overthinking into clarity and action, with practical next steps that feel realistic and achievable.

Professional Supervision For Coaches

A reflective, supportive space to grow your practice with confidence

Supervision may be helpful if you are a coach or practitioner working with children, young people or families, looking for a space to reflect, develop and strengthen your work.

This includes graduates of The Children’s Coaching Course, as well as those seeking accreditation or wanting to build greater confidence, consistency and ethical clarity in their practice.

Supervision provides a structured yet supportive space to reflect on client work, explore challenges or uncertainty, and develop your professional identity — helping you stay grounded, supported and intentional in your work.
